You wear each set of aligners for 20-22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. Every 1-2 weeks, you switch to a new set of aligners that gradually shifts your teeth into their ideal positions.
You'll visit your orthodontist every 6-8 weeks to monitor progress and receive your next sets of aligners. Once treatment is complete, you'll receive retainers to maintain your beautiful new smile.
